Blue Springs Power Cats - Blue Springs School District Enrollment Verification
Thanks to our fantastic partnership with the Blue Springs School District, The Blue Springs Power Cats Swim Team is able to offer discounted fees for students enrolled in a Blue Springs School District (BSSD) school. To ensure that all members receive the appropriate discounts and access to our programs, we require verification of enrollment in a BSSD school.
Registration:
When registering your swimmer for the Blue Springs Power Cats, you will be asked to indicate whether they are enrolled in a BSSD school. Please provide accurate and complete information at this stage to ensure proper fee calculation.
BSSD Verification:
To verify your swimmer's enrollment in a BSSD school, please provide at one two of the following documents as proof:
A screenshot of the swimmer's online PowerSchool Account (or any other BSSD Account) showing their name and school information.
A copy of the swimmer's most recent report card.
A letter (dated within one year) addressed directly to the swimmer's family from the school and/or district.
Address Verification:
To verify your swimmer's enrollment in a BSSD school, please provide at least one of the following documents as proof:
A copy of the swimmer's most recent report card
A letter from the swimmer's school confirming their enrollment
A screenshot of the swimmer's online school account showing their name and school information
Submission:
You will upload the verification documents to the Google Form that is pasted below.
Deadline:
Verification documents must be submitted within two weeks of registration or the start of the swim season, whichever comes first. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a loss of eligibility for discounted fees.
Confidentiality:
All submitted documents will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of verifying enrollment in a BSSD school. Documents will be stored securely and destroyed after the verification process is complete.
