About Us

About the Blue Springs Power Cats

Founded in June 2023, the Blue Springs Power Cats have grown from a brand-new club into one of the fastest-rising USA Swimming programs in the country, with over 160+ swimmers strong and alumni now competing at the NCAA level.

We train at the Wildcat Aquatic Center (2401 NW Ashton Drive, Blue Springs, MO 64015) at Blue Springs High School. Through our partnership with the Blue Springs School District, we work to remain the most cost-effective USA Swimming option in Eastern Jackson County, without compromising on coaching quality.

The Blue Springs Power Cats are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by a Board of Directors.

Our mission: Teach swimmers to love the sport while mastering the technique that fuels long-term success - fun, feedback, and good habits today build elite swimmers tomorrow.
