Diamond Group:
Membership Info: This is an invitation-only group for swimmers who are starting to prioritize competitive swimming as an important part of their lives.
Due to limited lane space, a select number of swimmers will be invited to participate in this group for the Fall 2025 season.
Once these swimmers begin practicing with their high school teams in November, a new group of swimmers will be invited to participate in this group for the Winter of 2025-26.
Once both HS seasons are done, the Diamond Group will expand its membership as lane space opens up.
Membership Fees:
ALL Power Cat swimmers are required to be registered with USA Swimming: USA Swimming Membership Info
Participants who show proof of enrollment from a BSSD school pay: $90/month
Participants who are NOT enrolled in a BSSD school pay: $115/month

Duration: This Diamond Group trains for 11 months during the year.
The Diamond Group will not train in August 2026.
Age Requirement: 14+ years old (must be in high school)
Group Expectations: Swimmers in this group are expected to attend at least 5 practices per week and attend meets throughout the year.

Wednesday (AM): 5:00 am – 6:30 am

Friday (AM): 5:00 am – 6:30 am
Friday (PM): 2:45 pm – 4:45 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 9:30 am
